    I want students to engage with the content and learn its relevancy to the field. Students should feel that what they learn in these courses is applicable to their future administrative roles.

    I started teaching because I love learning, myself. Being able to develop curricula coupled with best instructional practices gives me great satisfaction.

  • What advice would you give to those considering this online program?

    My advice is to stay organized and ahead of the game. Reviewing the syllabus and course expectations is a quick and easy way to know what to expect of the course and workload. Setting aside time devoted strictly to the course will help students manage the responsibilities and demands of the program.
